Installs the AIOBed firmware onto a bridge over USB.
Before you start
Use Chrome or Edge on a computer. Safari and Firefox cannot do this, and phones and tablets cannot either.
Use a USB cable that carries data. Many charging cables carry power only, and a power-only cable looks exactly like a working one — the bridge simply never appears.
Plug the bridge directly into the computer, not through a hub.
Install
Plug the bridge into your computer with a USB cable.
Click Install AIOBed firmware below.
A window will list serial ports. Pick the one that appears when you plug the bridge in — if you are unsure, unplug it, note the list, plug it back in, and choose the new entry.
Wait for it to finish. It takes about a minute. Do not unplug it while it is writing.

This page has to be opened over a secure (https) connection.
Keep settings, or start fresh?
The installer will offer a choice if the bridge already has firmware on it.
Keep settings — installs new firmware and leaves the bridge's Wi-Fi and any paired devices alone. Use this for a normal update.
Erase — wipes everything, so the bridge comes back factory-fresh and has to be set up again from the app.
This removes its Wi-Fi and any smart-home pairing.
If it doesn't work
No ports listed, or the bridge isn't there — it is almost always the cable. Try a different one that you know transfers data, and a different USB port.
It fails partway through — unplug the bridge, plug it back in, and run it again. A half-written bridge is not damaged; it can always be re-flashed.
Still nothing — hold the BOOT button on the bridge while plugging in the USB cable, then release it and try again.
